Fastcopy is a Division of Fastcopy Investments (Pty) Ltd, who specializes in outsourced print and copy services. Fastcopy is a dedicated print and copy centre serving clients in Gauteng.
In 1987 Fastcopy was set up to provide print and copy services in Johannesburg with particular focus on Educational Institutes. At one time they provided walk-in self services to students in the Braamfontein area and also maintained an on-site shop base at the Wits University campus.
Over the years the company has expanded its services into corporate markets, focusing on fast turnaround of outsourced photocopying and laser printing. Today it is a major service provider in these markets.
From its humble beginnings as a walk-in copy centre 30 years ago, to a highly efficient digital copy and print facility, it has moved to bigger and more specialized markets and relentlessly pursues the concept that companies should NOT be invested in high volume print and copy machines, but rather convenience machines and to rather outsource their high volume needs.
The key reasons for the company’s longevity and ability to keep its customers, is the focus on quality output and exceptional customer service. This coupled with the dedicated long serving staff and its management who understand the business, can only serve as a solid foundation to build a business relationship on.
All production staff have been with the company for in access of 15 years and are well skilled in the jobs they do. Every single job goes through a strict quality control process that ensures customers jobs are to the correct specification and most important, the highest quality.
Normally jobs are completed and delivered within a 24 hour period. In some cases if the job is urgent, a 24 hour shift is scheduled to get the job done.
The management and staff have over 30 years of experience in the Print and Copy shop industry.

Sales are handled by an efficient sales team incorporating a state of the art Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management System.
If jobs are already in a digital format, they may be e-mailed or phoned in for collection. Our website facilitates the use of our web based job submission tool which lets customers submit their own jobs for processing online. This includes an online document store and utilities to manage on-going print and copy job management.
Pricing is based on the current retail pricelist subject to a discount. Special contract pricing is also available for on-going contract outsourcing.

In terms of BEE Codes of Good Practice, Fastcopy is classified as an EME – Exempt Micro Enterprise. We are automatically allocated a BEE contributor level rating of Level 4.
Any qualifying purchases you make from us can be claimed at the rate of 100% of your procurement spent with us.
In addition the codes specify that Generic companies can earn an additional 3 points on their Procurement scorecard by spending 10% of their total procurement with EMEs or QSEs. We are part of that classification and should therefore be included in that category.
